NovaStar TCC160

The NovaStar TCC160 is an asynchronous full-color LED display control card that integrates both sending and receiving capabilities. This design allows users to publish content and manage LED displays using devices such as computers, mobile phones, or tablets. When paired with cloud-based publishing and monitoring platforms, the TCC160 enables remote management of LED displays from any location with internet access.

• Input and Output:
  • For PWM driver ICs, the TCC160 supports a maximum pixel capacity of 512×512 at 60Hz. For general driver ICs, the maximum is 512×384 at 60Hz. The maximum width or height is 2048 pixels, with a total capacity not exceeding 260,000 pixels.
  • When multiple TCC160 units are cascaded, the combined capacity can reach up to 650,000 pixels, maintaining the same maximum width or height.
  • For ultra-long screens, the TCC160 can handle a maximum width of 8192 pixels and a maximum height of 2048 pixels, with a per Ethernet port capacity of up to 650,000 pixels.
  • Includes a stereo audio output.

  • One USB (Type B) port for connecting to a control computer for content publishing and screen control.

  • Compatible with 4G modules (sold separately) and supports GPS positioning and time synchronization.
  • Includes relay support with a maximum of DC 30 V, 3 A.
