1.1 LEDROM is a seller and integrator of professional LED display products. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and LEDROM.

2. Products and Services

2.1 LEDROM offers new and second-hand LED display products with specifications tailored to each client's requirements.

2.2 Due to the customized nature of our products, all LED display projects are custom-made, and returns or refunds for such products cannot be accepted.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed on our checkout page.

3.3 Any pricing errors on the site are subject to correction. LEDROM reserves the right to cancel orders in case of price discrepancies with suppliers.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 LEDROM ships products within the agreed terms. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturer/supplier issues.

4.2 The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. LEDROM is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Warranty and Support

5.1 All LEDROM products come with a manufacturer's warranty, and the terms are provided at the time of purchase. Warranty requests are subject to the manufacturer's evaluation.
