1. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 calendar days from the receipt date, under the following conditions:
✅ The product must be in new condition, unused, and without signs of damage.
✅ The original packaging and all included accessories must be returned along with the product.
✅ Return costs will be covered by the customer, unless the product has manufacturing defects.

2. Refund Policy
💰 Full refund – If the product is returned according to the conditions mentioned above, you will receive 100% of the amount paid, via the same payment method used at purchase.
🔄 Product exchange – If you want a different model or specifications, we can offer you an equivalent exchange.
⏳ The refund process may take between 5-10 working days, depending on your payment method and bank.
3. Products that cannot be returned
⚠️ We do not accept returns of the following products:
❌ Custom-made or specially ordered products.
❌ Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.
❌ Products purchased in a clearance sale.
